Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in engineering, technical, business, computer science or IT discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience including 8 years planning, organizing, directing, and controlling at least 2 projects
  • Current PMP certification
  • Over 6 years of program management experience supporting complex system integration
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and customer engagement skills
  • Proven track record managing complex government contracts
  • Experience managing client relationships
  • Experience in employee performance management and mentoring
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Eligible for TS SCI clearance

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the cost, schedule, and performance of the contract in support of NAWCAD TARCES
  • Respond to the needs of the government customer and ensure all tasks and deliverables are performed according to contract
  • Manage daily performance and accountability of all contractors and subcontractors
  • Serve as primary interface and point of contact with government program authorities on technical and program issues
  • Oversee contractor personnel operations including planning, directing technical and administrative efforts, monitoring progress, and managing resources
  • Provide input to strategic planning, training programs, audit readiness, and system modernization
  • Participate in program reviews, internal and external meetings, and leadership briefings as required
  • Manage all profit and loss aspects of the project while working with corporate management on risk and business growth
  • Responsible for performance management and mentoring of all staff
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Create and execute a Program Management Plan to ensure contract compliance, delivery schedules, and cost management
