Job Requirements
- Master's degree in engineering, technical, business, computer science or IT discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience including 8 years planning, organizing, directing, and controlling at least 2 projects
- Current PMP certification
- Over 6 years of program management experience supporting complex system integration
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and customer engagement skills
- Proven track record managing complex government contracts
- Experience managing client relationships
- Experience in employee performance management and mentoring
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Eligible for TS SCI clearance

Job Duties
- Responsible for the cost, schedule, and performance of the contract in support of NAWCAD TARCES
- Respond to the needs of the government customer and ensure all tasks and deliverables are performed according to contract
- Manage daily performance and accountability of all contractors and subcontractors
- Serve as primary interface and point of contact with government program authorities on technical and program issues
- Oversee contractor personnel operations including planning, directing technical and administrative efforts, monitoring progress, and managing resources
- Provide input to strategic planning, training programs, audit readiness, and system modernization
- Participate in program reviews, internal and external meetings, and leadership briefings as required
- Manage all profit and loss aspects of the project while working with corporate management on risk and business growth
- Responsible for performance management and mentoring of all staff
- Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders
- Create and execute a Program Management Plan to ensure contract compliance, delivery schedules, and cost management
