Currently, Nashville Soccer Club is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist for the summer period. This role is ideal for an individual who is personable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. The chosen candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and guests, representing the Club’s ethos through professional and courteous interaction. They will handle various day-to-day administrative duties vital to the facility’s operations, including managing phone lines, visitor access, mail distribution, and office supplies. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as the receptionist must be able to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
This position is part-time with approximately 20 hours per week, primarily between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM, providing flexibility for candidates with other commitments. The role requires someone with excellent attendance, work ethic, and an ability to work independently with minimal supervision. While prior experience within a sports organization is preferred, it is not necessary. The candidate must also be physically capable of lifting weights between 10 to 20 pounds to manage office supplies and pantry items effectively.

- answer and screen all phone calls coming into the main phone line and problem solve as the situation warrants
- manage access of all visitors and guests
