This job posting is for a position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee has a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, effectively running the restaurant under the McDonald’s brand. However, this franchisee is an entirely separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. If hired, the franchisee will be your employer, not McDonald’s USA. - Ability to work part-time hours between 8am and 8pm

Job Duties
- Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering
- Offer help with using the ordering kiosks
- Assist customers who need extra help
- Check with guests after they have their food to ensure satisfaction or offer additional assistance
- Ensure children receive a kid treat
- Handle any customer concerns
- Communicate feedback and recommendations to the restaurant team
