The Geek Squad Delivery Driver, referred to internally as a Delivery Experience Agent, plays an essential role in Best Buy's commitment to customer satisfaction. This full-time position, based in Duluth, MN, involves the delivery, installation, repair, and haul-away of various technology products, including major appliances and home theater equipment. The Delivery Experience Agent is responsible for ensuring that these items reach customers' homes safely and are installed with precision and care.

In this role, you will assess the best methods for delivering large appliances, including taking precise measurements and safeguarding areas along the delivery route to prevent any damage. You will also determine if any modifications to the customer's home environment, such as detaching doors or moving fixtures, are necessary for successful installation. Beyond deliveries, your duties will encompass networking and repairing devices to ensure they are functioning optimally.

As a Geek Squad Delivery Driver, you will be expected to provide seamless and personalized service to clients by advising them on product placement and related services to maximize their experience. Maintaining vehicle upkeep and managing inventory are also critical responsibilities, performed in collaboration with your team. Accurate processing of paperwork and payments, along with offering feedback to store teams and completing in-store repairs, contribute to the smooth operation of the service.
