Job Duties
- Assist with meal preparation, cooking and presentation
- Oversee dishwashing responsibilities and general cleaning
- Manage inventory, ordering and food costing
- Create and train on new menu items
- Manage labor, hiring, training and discipline
- Oversee facility maintenance and safety compliance
- Participate in safety meetings and policy implementation
