As a key member of our kitchen staff, the successful candidate will play an integral role in the preparation and presentation of various cold dishes and accompaniments, which form the foundation of our high-standard tea service and catering operations. Responsibilities include preparing sandwiches and salads, executing tea service production items, setting up and maintaining the cold station and garde manger, as well as performing basic prep work and mise en place to ensure seamless kitchen operations. Maintaining cleanliness, adhering to food safety standards, and assisting with catering preparation and event production are also vital components of this position.\n\nWe highly value team players who bring a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and pride in maintaining clean and beautiful food presentations.
