Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year cooking experience in a restaurant or hotel setting
  • availability to work day shift and weekends
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • good manual dexterity and use of kitchen tools
  • strong work ethic and reliability

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare meals in accordance with standardized recipes and portion guidelines while minimizing waste
  • safely and effectively use knives, spatulas, and other basic kitchen equipment
  • complete daily prep work to ensure smooth kitchen operations for the following day
  • monitor inventory levels and notify supervisor of low stock, assist with receiving deliveries and inventory counts
  • maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations and brand requirements
  • promptly report malfunctioning or unsafe equipment to supervisor
  • support overall kitchen operations including dishwashing and other tasks as required
  • respond to guest requests promptly and courteously, follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • maintain professional appearance and represent company positively at all times
  • adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
  • perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management
