Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Valet an average of up to 30 vehicles a shift
- perform simple exterior and interior vehicle detailing
- provide courteous and timely service to resident owners and their guests assisting with the carrying of packages and/or bags
- perform routine rounds of the premises to ensure a safe, secure and clean environment
- maintain attention to detail in all aspects of the job
- work independently without close supervision
- multitask effectively during shifts
