Job Requirements

Must be 21 years or older
Previous experience as a bartender or apprentice bartender is preferred
Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills
Must be able to communicate with guests to meet their immediate needs
Previous money-handling and cash register experience is preferred
Must possess a valid Alcohol Awareness Card
Must possess a valid Health Card issued by the Southern Nevada Health District
Must possess a valid Non-Gaming card issued by the LVMPD
Must be able to reach stoop bend lift and clean during various activities throughout shift
Must be able to communicate fluently in English

Must be 21 years or older
Previous experience as a bartender or apprentice bartender is preferred
Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills
Must be able to communicate with guests to meet their immediate needs
Previous money-handling and cash register experience is preferred
Must possess a valid Alcohol Awareness Card such as TAM ACT or other qualifying card
Must possess a valid Health Card issued by the Southern Nevada Health District
Must possess a valid Non-Gaming card issued by the LVMPD also known as Sheriff's Card
Must be able to communicate fluently in English

Job Duties

Greet all guests sincerely with a smile and eye contact and provide superior guest service
Prepare and pour drinks accurately for guests and cocktail servers as needed
Efficiently serve food and beverage following the service sequence standards
Understand and demonstrate proper recipe adherence as well as liquor beer and wine service
Possess thorough knowledge of all menu items and ability to suggestively sell items to guests
Properly set up service station at start of shift and break down station at end of shift
Clean bar and lounge area including bar top sinks glassware lounge tables and all storage areas
