This job opening is for the role of Barback, available on both full-time and part-time basis, and offers hourly pay starting at $15.00, excluding tipped earnings. The Barback position is an essential role within the beverage service team at Southland Casino. The individual in this role is responsible for tracking and stocking inventory, delivering beverages, and supporting their team to ensure guests receive excellent service. This is an excellent position for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and have a strong work ethic. The role requires physical endurance and the ability to handle manual tasks such as lifting up to 70 pounds, moving heavy carts, and standing for extended periods during shifts, which may include evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays. Job Duties

  • Deliver beverages and other products throughout the facility
  • stock product in beverage storage
  • ensure that inventory levels of supplies are maintained
  • report all needed equipment repairs to the supervisor
  • keep work area and equipment neat and clean
  • empty trash containers and deliver trash to dumpsters if needed
