Job Description
Delaware North Gaming is currently hiring both full-time and part-time Barbacks to join their dynamic team at Southland Casino located in West Memphis, Arkansas. Southland Casino Hotel, owned and operated by Delaware North, is a premier gaming and hospitality destination featuring over 2200 slot machines, live blackjack, craps, and roulette tables, as well as simulcast wagering and a sportsbook. Their recent expansion includes a hotel with 300 luxurious rooms and suites, offering guests a comprehensive entertainment and relaxation experience just a short drive from downtown Memphis, Tennessee. At Delaware North, the Barback role is an essential part of the beverage service team at Southland Casino. This position involves keeping the bar and beverage areas well-stocked and organized, ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked and maintained. Barbacks are responsible for delivering beverages to various locations within the facility efficiently and professionally. Working in a fast-paced gaming and hospitality environment, these team members provide excellent guest service while supporting bartenders and other team members. The role demands a hands-on approach to maintaining cleanliness, reporting equipment repairs, and managing waste to ensure the workspace remains neat and conducive to smooth operations. This is a tipped position with an hourly wage starting at $15.00, not including the additional potential earnings from tips. The schedule includes shifts during evenings, days, overnight, weekends, and holidays, offering flexibility and variety to accommodate different lifestyles and availability.

- Deliver beverages and other products throughout the facility
- stock product in beverage storage
- ensures that inventory levels of supplies are maintained
- report all needed equipment repairs to the supervisor
- keep work area and equipment neat and clean
- empty trash containers and deliver trash to dumpsters if needed
