The Houston Texans are currently seeking a Gameday - Premium Seating Concierge to join their Texans Luxe department. This part-time, non-exempt position reports directly to the Senior Director of Luxe Services and plays a critical role in elevating the fan experience at NRG Stadium during all Texans home games and other club-sponsored events. The Concierge is tasked with assisting in the delivery of superior customer service for all premium seating areas, including VIP entrances, club levels, suites, and exclusive areas like the Director's Club.
This role requires a passionate individual dedicated to enhancing the overall event experience for premium seat guests through attentive service and a professional, friendly demeanor. The Concierge will conduct pre- and post-game inspections of the premium seating areas to ensure everything meets the highest standards. They will also be stationed at key points within the stadium to greet guests, provide information about the stadium, team, and city of Houston, and address any service issues that arise. The position involves a variety of physical activities including walking and standing for prolonged periods throughout the stadium.
Candidates are expected to possess outstanding customer service skills, a professional appearance, strong interpersonal abilities, and a keen attention to detail. The role requires not only the ability to work well in a team environment but also independently where required. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred, though a high school diploma is mandatory. Prior customer service experience, especially catering to high-end clientele, is strongly favored.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to work part-time, including all 10 Texans home games and postseason games
- Ability to work at other Lone Star Sports and Entertainment events
- Reliable transportation to and from NRG Stadium
- Must be physically present at NRG Stadium during work
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Conduct pre- and post-game checks of all premium seating areas
- Assume station at designated areas such as VIP entrance, club level host and concierge desks, suite level, Director's Club
- Greet and welcome Suite and Club level guests
- Provide information on the Stadium, the Club and the city of Houston to guests
- Resolve service issues encountered by premium product guests
- Assist with special requests from premium seating guests
- Assist with premium giveaways and other service-related gameday duties as assigned
