The role provides both exempt and non-exempt employment opportunities with competitive commission potential based on membership and Fun Pass sales. Exempt employees have commission potential from $0.50 to $10.00 per membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold, while non-exempt employees can earn from $2.00 to $8.00 per membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass. Commissions are paid bi-weekly, with the exception of state laws requiring otherwise.
