Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience helpful but not required
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle physical demands of the position including lifting and standing
- Commitment to providing a safe and fun experience for guests
Job Duties
- Support guests as they play games
- Ensure all games are clean and operational
- Provide excellent customer service
- Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat throughout shifts
- Handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards in the game room
