Employment is available on both exempt and non-exempt bases with competitive commission structures based on the sales of memberships and Fun Passes. Exempt employees have the potential to earn commissions from $0.50 to $10.00 per membership sold and from $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold. Non-exempt employees can earn from $2.00 to $8.00 per membership and from $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass sold, with commissions paid out bi-weekly according to state law.
