Job Description

We are a dynamic entertainment company specializing in immersive escape room experiences and an exciting new Game Show event designed to bring fun, challenge, and engagement to participants of all ages. Our escape rooms are thoughtfully designed to challenge players' problem-solving skills and teamwork while providing an entertaining and memorable outing. The new Game Show experience offers an interactive format where players can compete, cooperate, and enjoy lively competition in a controlled and festive environment. Established as a popular local destination for fun and social interaction, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring that all participants have a fantastic time from start to finish.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and personable Game Masters to join our team. This role is crucial as it involves managing and overseeing the gameplay experience from behind the scenes, helping players navigate the challenges and ensuring the events run smoothly and enjoyably. As a Game Master, you will be the key point of contact during our escape room sessions and Game Show events, responsible for player check-ins, resetting rooms, offering timely hints to aid player progression, and maintaining an energetic and fun atmosphere. Additionally, the role involves engaging with guests by taking group photos and handling bookings over the phone, making your communication skills an essential asset.

This part-time position offers a competitive pay rate of up to $13 per hour and is ideal for individuals who are passionate about interactive entertainment and have excellent interpersonal skills. The schedule primarily focuses on evenings and weekends to align with peak customer availability, with occasional weekday corporate event shifts. Candidates should ideally live within 20 minutes of our location to accommodate on-call shifts and support occasional urgent needs efficiently. Job Requirements

  • At least one weekend shift is required
  • Ability to work at least one week night and one weekend day or evening
  • Ideally live within 20 minutes of the location for on-call shifts
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Good communication skills
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
