Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older
- Must pass alcohol and drug screening including THC
- Must pass basic background check
- If not ServSafe Food Handler Certified, will need to obtain certification on the job
- Willing to work on a moving vessel in water and outdoors in hot and cold environments
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a demanding environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work a dynamic schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to break down and clean fryers, grills, ovens, and hoods
- Knowledge of food service health and safety best practices
- Familiar with general kitchen equipment and appliances
Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses are cleaned to the highest standard of quality and cleanliness
- Correctly place and store clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas
- Stock serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils
- Clean trash receptacles with water or steam
- Move dishwashing supplies and equipment from storage to work area
- Maintain a clean work station area including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves
- Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces at the end of the shift
