Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age or older
  • Must pass alcohol and drug screening including THC
  • Must pass basic background check
  • If not ServSafe Food Handler Certified, will need to obtain certification on the job
  • Willing to work on a moving vessel in water and outdoors in hot and cold environments

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age or older
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a demanding environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work a dynamic schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to break down and clean fryers, grills, ovens, and hoods
  • Knowledge of food service health and safety best practices
  • Familiar with general kitchen equipment and appliances

Job Duties

  • Ensure all dishes including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses are cleaned to the highest standard of quality and cleanliness
  • Correctly place and store clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas
  • Stock serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils
  • Clean trash receptacles with water or steam
  • Move dishwashing supplies and equipment from storage to work area
  • Maintain a clean work station area including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves
  • Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces at the end of the shift
