Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- background in studio arts with knowledge of art materials and artistic processes
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs
- strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- customer service mindset with ability to create a positive guest experience
- ability to stand walk and move throughout the facility for extended periods
- ability to lift and move artwork supplies or materials up to 50 lbs
- ability to work some nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Plan and execute all aspects of main exhibits including scheduling and coordinating with exhibiting organizations
- coordinate local and regional artwork on consignment including building relationships with artists and managing artwork intake and installation
- plan coordinate and launch quarterly classes and workshops including selecting instructors and facilitating events
- select and manage product assortment maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate pricing assist guests and support checkout process
- oversee and maintain the gallerys social media presence
- partner with local organizations and manage donations to increase gallery visibility
- support product development teams by testing art materials and providing feedback
- create and present artwork samples for tradeshows support artist programs and participate in tradeshow events with travel
