The opportunity available at Brightview is for a Concierge position within their Gallery Apartments community. This role is pivotal in elevating the experience of residents by providing warm welcomes and engaging directly with residents, their families, and guests. The Concierge serves as a resourceful and approachable contact point, responsible for handling various special requests ranging from light shopping and errands to mail retrieval and securing reservations or tickets for events. Beyond these tasks, the Concierge contributes to a hospitable environment by arranging and serving continental breakfasts, light snacks, and beverages, all designed to foster community and comfort.

This position emphasizes communication and coordination as the Concierge actively promotes community programs and events while collaborating with multiple departments including care, maintenance, housekeeping, and dining to ensure residents’ needs are met promptly and efficiently. The role offers a salary range of $17.00 to $19.50 per hour, reflecting experience, qualifications, and community size among other factors.
