Job Description

We are a well-established pizza restaurant known for our commitment to quality, community, and exceptional customer service. Currently, we are hiring for several positions including Front Crew, Front Leader, Kitchen Crew, Kitchen Leader, and Delivery Driver. Each role plays a vital part in the daily operations, ensuring our customers receive top-quality service and delicious food. Positions are designed to offer opportunities for growth and learning, with cash tips provided to all roles, including delivery drivers, offering an excellent earning potential.

The Front Crew members are responsible for taking orders via phone, walk-ins, or drive-thru and entering them into our system efficiently. They also assist with basic food preparation such as making salads or boxing orders. Training for this role is straightforward and usually completed within a week. For those who excel in this position, there is a clear pathway to the Front Leader role, which involves training new crew members, handling customer disputes with professionalism, ensuring smooth communication, and managing store closing operations in the absence of a manager.

The Kitchen Crew members are essential in executing successful shifts. Entry-level roles include dough slapper and oven catcher, focusing on mastering specific tasks and learning the menu quickly. The Kitchen Leader acts as a Kitchen Manager in training, responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation during shifts without the Manager. This leadership role demands ensuring orders are prepared correctly and on time while maintaining team productivity and morale.

Delivery Drivers are highly regarded as community representatives. They must be courteous and friendly, forming good relationships with customers while delivering orders promptly. Drivers also support in-store activities like cleaning and assisting kitchen preparation when not delivering. This role blends customer interaction with teamwork, providing a dynamic work environment and the chance to earn substantial tips.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • must be physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • excellent customer service skills
  • basic math and computer literacy skills
  • valid driver’s license required for delivery drivers
  • reliable transportation needed for delivery positions

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in customer service preferred but not required
  • ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • leadership experience or potential for front or kitchen leader roles
  • familiarity with restaurant operations a plus
  • valid driver’s license for delivery driver positions

Job Duties

  • take orders from customers via phone walk ins or drive thru
