Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • must be physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • excellent customer service skills
  • basic math and computer literacy skills
  • valid driver’s license required for delivery drivers
  • reliable transportation needed for delivery positions

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in customer service preferred but not required
  • ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • leadership experience or potential for front or kitchen leader roles
  • familiarity with restaurant operations a plus
  • valid driver’s license for delivery driver positions
  • ability to work in a fast paced team environment

Job Duties

  • take orders from customers via phone walk ins or drive thru
  • prepare basic food items such as salads and box orders
  • train new front crew members in order taking and salad making
  • handle common customer disputes professionally
  • close the store including completing closing tasks and shutting down POS system
  • assist in achieving successful kitchen shifts by performing roles like dough slapping or oven catching
  • supervise kitchen crew ensuring timely and quality order preparation
  • deliver orders to customers courteously and efficiently
  • assist with store cleaning tasks such as changing trash bags sweeping parking lot washing dishes
  • support kitchen operations during shifts
