The Front Crew members are responsible for taking orders via phone, walk-ins, or drive-thru and entering them into our system efficiently. They also assist with basic food preparation such as making salads or boxing orders. Training for this role is straightforward and usually completed within a week. For those who excel in this position, there is a clear pathway to the Front Leader role, which involves training new crew members, handling customer disputes with professionalism, ensuring smooth communication, and managing store closing operations in the absence of a manager.

The Kitchen Crew members are essential in executing successful shifts. Entry-level roles include dough slapper and oven catcher, focusing on mastering specific tasks and learning the menu quickly. The Kitchen Leader acts as a Kitchen Manager in training, responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation during shifts without the Manager. This leadership role demands ensuring orders are prepared correctly and on time while maintaining team productivity and morale.

Delivery Drivers are highly regarded as community representatives. They must be courteous and friendly, forming good relationships with customers while delivering orders promptly. Drivers also support in-store activities like cleaning and assisting kitchen preparation when not delivering.
