Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old (some positions require 18)
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- reliable and punctual
- flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- prior customer service or events experience preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and enhance the fan experience
- assist with ticket sales, special events or retail operations
- support game day operations including setup, execution and breakdown of events
- engage with fans through promotional activities and entertainment
- ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance with venue policies
- collaborate with team members to create a positive and memorable environment
