We are currently looking to fill several key roles in our pizza restaurant, each integral to our daily operations and success. Whether you enjoy engaging with customers, crafting delicious pizzas, or delivering food while giving back to the community, we have a role for you. Front Crew members are responsible for taking orders via phone, walk-ins, or drive-thru, along with basic food preparation like making salads and boxing up orders. The Front Leader trains new crew members, addresses customer disputes, and manages closing duties in the absence of a manager. Kitchen Crew roles focus on food preparation and mastering menu items, typically starting with positions like dough slapper or oven catcher, while the Kitchen Leader steps into leadership as a manager-in-training, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and supporting team members. Delivery Drivers represent our brand in the community by not only delivering food but also assisting in-store with various tasks during downtime. This structure provides opportunities for growth, teamwork, and development within a lively and engaging work environment, all while earning good tips and enjoying the camaraderie of our staff.
