We are a well-established pizza restaurant known for providing exceptional customer service and delicious, high-quality food. Our team is dedicated to creating a friendly and welcoming environment for every customer who walks through our doors or calls in for delivery. We are currently looking to fill several key roles in our pizza restaurant, each integral to our daily operations and success. Whether you enjoy engaging with customers, crafting delicious pizzas, or delivering food while giving back to the community, we have a role for you. Front Crew members are responsible for taking orders via phone, walk-ins, or drive-thru, along with basic food preparation like making salads and boxing up orders. The Front Leader trains new crew members, addresses customer disputes, and manages closing duties in the absence of a manager. Kitchen Crew roles focus on food preparation and mastering menu items, typically starting with positions like dough slapper or oven catcher, while the Kitchen Leader steps into leadership as a manager-in-training, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and supporting team members. Delivery Drivers represent our brand in the community by not only delivering food but also assisting in-store with various tasks during downtime. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or related roles preferred
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record for delivery drivers
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of customer service principles and friendly communication
- ability to train and lead front or kitchen crew members
- familiarity with food preparation and pizza making
- strong organizational skills for closing duties and kitchen management
- ability to manage customer disputes professionally
- prior delivery driving experience preferred
- ability to multitask and assist in various roles when needed
Job Duties
- take orders and enter them into the system through phone walk-ins or drive-thru
- perform basic food prep such as making salads and boxing orders
- train new front crew members in salads and order taking
- handle common customer disputes with friendly communication
- close the store by completing closing list and shutting down POS when manager is absent
- prepare pizzas by slapping dough catching ovens and assembling menu items
- ensure timely and beautiful execution of all kitchen orders while maintaining stations
- lead kitchen crew members and support their learning and performance
- deliver orders to customers courteously and efficiently
- assist in-store by changing trash bags sweeping parking lots washing dishes and catching ovens
