We are currently looking to fill several key roles within our team, each integral to the smooth operation of our restaurant. Positions available include Front Crew, Front Leader, Kitchen Crew, Kitchen Leader, and Delivery Driver. All roles earn cash tips, providing an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to boost their income. Our Front Crew members are responsible for taking orders via phone, walk-ins, and drive-thru, along with handling basic food preparation tasks such as making salads and boxing up orders. This role is perfect for those looking to quickly learn and develop skills in customer service and food handling.

The Front Leader position elevates responsibilities by overseeing training for new Front Crew members, managing customer disputes with tact and professionalism, and ensuring the store closes properly when the manager is not present. This role requires strong leadership and communication abilities to maintain smooth front-of-house operations.

In the kitchen, we have the Kitchen Crew whose primary duty is to support the shift's success by expertly performing assigned tasks like dough slapping, oven catching, and pizza making. This role includes rapid skill acquisition to maintain the quality and speed expected by our patrons. Kitchen Leaders take on additional responsibilities by standing in for the Kitchen Manager when absent, ensuring that all orders are prepared on time and to the highest standard. They also lead and mentor fellow Kitchen Crew members, fostering a cooperative and efficient kitchen environment.

Finally, our Delivery Drivers are key ambassadors for our brand, known for their courteous and friendly interaction with customers. They not only ensure timely and accurate delivery but also assist in maintaining the store by performing tasks such as trash removal, parking lot maintenance, dishwashing, and oven catching when inside the store. This role offers a blend of customer engagement and physical activity, making it ideal for those who enjoy a dynamic workday.
