Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including day, evening, and night shifts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Capability to stand for extended periods
Basic math proficiency
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Strong math skills for accurate order processing and payment handling
Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours
Sales skills to promote menu items and enhance the guest experience through upselling techniques
Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations
Experience in kitchen environments or nightclubs is a plus but not required
Familiarity with Aloha POS systems or similar technology is advantageous but not mandatory
A genuine desire to help others and create memorable experiences for guests through attentive service

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus with knowledge of food and beverage offerings
Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system or OpenTable
Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met
Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, providing helpful recommendations when necessary
Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, refilling drinks and clearing plates as needed
Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods
Handle cash and process payments accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures
