Job Requirements
- Have at least 1 years' experience in a call center or heavy inbound call volume role
- Or have at least 1 years' experience in a professional/administrative role with light inbound call volume
- Or have at least 1 years' experience in a customer service role
- Able to provide exceptional customer service calmly and confidently, even when supporting emotional or upset callers
- Ability to demonstrate self-motivation and accountability
- Proficient computer skills and able to multi-task utilizing 2 monitors
- A minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
Job Qualifications
- Have at least 1 years' experience in a call center or heavy inbound call volume role, or have at least 1 years' experience in a professional/administrative role with light inbound call volume, or have at least 1 years' experience in a customer service role
- Able to provide exceptional customer service calmly and confidently, even when supporting emotional or upset callers
- Ability to demonstrate self-motivation and accountability

- Office 365 experience, preferred
- A minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
Job Duties
- Create exceptional experiences by making meaningful connections with customers and their callers via phone or chat
- Treat callers and web visitors as an extension of our customer, confidently and skillfully guiding conversations according to call handling instructions
- Adhere to Ruby's service quality and performance expectations, accurately completing over 150+ interactions per day, limiting personal bias while answering calls and chats with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Maintain accuracy and strong attention to detail in written communication, ensuring proper spelling and grammar
- Multi-task in a fast-paced inbound contact center environment, while toggling between two screens
- Maintain a record of responsible attendance and adherence to your schedule
