Job Requirements
- Associate's degree from an accredited institution in Business, Hotel/Restaurant Management or Culinary Arts
- Preferably a bachelor's degree
- Minimum four years experience in high-volume food service
- At least two years supervisory experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient computer literacy
- Mathematical and financial competence
- Ability to manage and lead teams
- Food Handler's certificate preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to operate food service and office equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must meet physical vision requirements
- Must pass background check
Job Qualifications

- Minimum two years supervisory experience

Job Duties
- Manage and develop kitchen operations staff including hiring, terminating, and disciplining employees
- Oversee daily kitchen production and food preparation
- Responsible for dining room operations in manager's absence
- Assist in preparing financial projections and forecasting costs and benefits for new projects
- Develop and implement new menu items to meet customer needs and profitability goals
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and inventory controls
- Resolve customer complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels
