We are currently seeking a full-time Lot Porter / Customer Service Specialist to become an integral part of our team. This role is vital in maintaining the organization and appearance of our vehicle inventory, assisting both the sales and service departments, and delivering a welcoming, friendly experience to all dealership visitors. The ideal candidate will be energetic, dependable, highly organized, and detail-oriented. Responsibilities include daily vehicle and lot management, ensuring all vehicles are safely parked, clean, and presentation-ready. The Lot Porter / Customer Service Specialist will also provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors, answering questions, directing customers to appropriate departments, and supporting customer vehicle transportation needs.

In addition, this position involves vehicle detailing and preparation, such as washing, vacuuming, and inspecting vehicles for cleanliness and presentation standards. The candidate will also support shuttle services by safely transporting customers to their destinations and maintaining professional conduct at all times. This role requires the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically handle tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
