The Store Associate role at ALDI is a vital position that contributes directly to the overall success of the store. This full-time opportunity offers an average of 30 or more hours per week, starting at a competitive wage of $19.00 per hour with scheduled wage increases based on tenure. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks including merchandising and stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to uphold the store’s inviting atmosphere. Your daily responsibilities will involve operating the point-of-sale system efficiently, ensuring accurate and smooth processing of purchases, and managing inventory by monitoring product quality and stock levels. Additionally, you will assist with curbside pickup orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers in a way that enhances satisfaction and convenience. Physical demands of the role include lifting products up to 45 pounds, operating various store equipment such as floor scrubbers and pallet jacks, and stocking items in different temperature environments.
