We are currently seeking a full-time Stockroom Operations Supervisor to join our store team in Lansing, MI. This position is pivotal in maintaining smooth stockroom operations while fostering a team culture centered on inclusion and belonging. As a Stockroom Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for training associates on Omni and Freight flow processes to maximize productivity and efficiency, ensuring that inventory management and stock replenishment are executed flawlessly. Your role will also involve engaging with customers to promote merchandise, store promotions, and events, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience.

This role demands strong leadership skills as you will be involved in onboarding, training, and developing associates, while also observing and providing feedback on their performance in collaboration with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager. You will play an active part in supporting the sales floor, fitting rooms, and point of sale, creating a seamless shopping experience for all visitors. Additionally, you will contribute to building authentic customer relationships by delivering exceptional hospitality and assisting customers in saving money with Kohl's Card offers, including opening and activating Kohl's Card applications.
