Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of retail or stockroom experience
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to lift and move stock items
- strong organizational skills
- effective communication skills

- previous supervisory or leadership experience in retail preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to train and develop team members
- customer service orientation
- basic knowledge of stockroom operations and inventory management
- ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Job Duties
- Training associates on Omni and Freight flow processes to maximize productivity and efficiency
- engaging and connecting with customers, making everyone feel respected, appreciated and rewarded
- informing customers of current merchandise assortment, store promotions, and events
- delivering a consistent sales floor experience by supporting the sales floor, fitting rooms, point of sale, and operational processes
- building customer connections and executing an authentic hospitality experience
- observing associate performance and providing feedback in partnership with Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager
- helping customers save with a Kohl's Card, opening and activating Kohl's Card applications
- onboarding, training and developing associates
