Job Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years previous experience in multiple culinary or food and beverage department head positions
- College degree preferably specializing in hotel or restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience
- Good command of spoken and written English, Spanish a plus
- Strong leadership, planning and communication skills
- Valid food safety certification such as ServSafe

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing day-to-day culinary operations
- Manage kitchen personnel including training and scheduling
- Oversee quality preparation of all menu items
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food items
- Manage food and labor costs to maintain budgets
- Coordinate purchasing of food supplies
- Maintain compliance with food safety standards
