  • minimum 3+ years experience in culinary or food and beverage department head positions
  • college degree in hotel or restaurant management or culinary arts or equivalent experience
  • good command of spoken and written English
  • strong leadership skills
  • effective planning and communication skills
  • valid food safety certification such as ServSafe

  • maintain labor costs for restaurant and banquet operations
