Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Available to work weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a short order cook, line cook, or restaurant cook preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and cooking techniques
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prepare meals for multiple tickets
Job Duties
- Cook full meals while managing multiple orders at once
- Handle several tickets simultaneously with an emphasis on timing and accuracy
- Prepare and cook menu items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Safely operate grills, fryers, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Work alongside servers and kitchen staff to enhance guest satisfaction
