We are currently seeking experienced servers to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for friendly, energetic, and highly motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position offers an average pay of $35 to $45 per hour, inclusive of tips, reflecting our dedication to rewarding hard work and excellent service. As a server at Harvest Restaurant Group, you will play a crucial role in delivering the highest level of consistent, professional, and courteous service to our guests.

The primary goal is to exceed guests’ expectations by providing exemplary customer service through extensive knowledge of our food and beverage menus. The role demands complete adherence to all necessary steps of service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Servers are expected to promote teamwork to create a positive workplace, respond quickly and positively to guest requests, report to work on time in proper uniform, and diligently clock in and out as required. This career opportunity not only values the technical skills of service delivery but also the ability to maintain a fun and positive attitude throughout an active shift lasting six to eight hours.
