Job Requirements

Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to stand and be on feet for up to eight hours
Flexible with work schedules including weekends and holidays
Must be able to work in outdoor environments
Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

Minimum 1 to 2 years casual serving experience
Must have wine, beer, and spirits knowledge
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Familiarity with Micros terminals is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
Professional grooming and appearance

Job Duties

Wait on tables promptly and courteously to serve guests
Demonstrate knowledge of WOW service standards
Maintain full familiarity with menus
Have full knowledge of beverage offerings
Set up and break down stations and perform side work
Maintain proper sanitation of tables and silverware
Provide attentive and pleasant service to guests using proper greetings
Adhere to proper uniform and grooming standards
Follow phone procedures and policies
Offer pool service including cabanas
Prepare detailed Micros reports
Manage proper handling of bank, pens, guest checks, lighter, and wine key
Provide service in both interior and exterior hotel areas with exposure to weather conditions
