Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- food safety certification or willingness to obtain it preferred
- prior experience in customer service or food service
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- commitment to providing compassionate care
- ability to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- previous customer service experience
- experience in food service, fast food, or restaurants
- experience working with seniors preferred
- food handler's or servsafe certification preferred
- availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- provide outstanding customer service to seniors and visitors
- follow safe food handling procedures
- prepare and serve meals and beverages
- assist with maintaining a clean and safe dining environment
- support team members in various food service tasks
- adhere to schedule including varied shifts
- communicate effectively with residents and team members
