Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous serving or food service experience is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work within a team environment
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends
Willingness to embody company core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence

Job Duties

Pre-setting tables
Taking entrée orders
Serving meals to residents and guests
Pouring coffee
Bussing tables
Cleaning and resetting tables and chairs
Vacuuming dining room carpet
Cleaning salad bar area
Providing unparalleled customer service
Building positive, impactful relationships with residents and peers
Living by the core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
