Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- ability to work scheduled shifts including flexibility for evenings and weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties
- serve meals to residents and be one of the first smiling faces they see every single day
- provide unparalleled customer service to residents and their guests
- work in a large open dining room in a resort-style community
- build positive, impactful relationships with residents and peers every single day
- clean and reset tables and chairs
- vacuum dining room carpet
- clean the salad bar area
