We are currently seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members to join our local Ace Hardware team. This full-time onsite role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with customers and want to make a positive impact in their community. While prior hardware experience is a plus, it is not required as extensive training is provided from day one. The successful candidate will bring a helpful attitude and a willingness to learn, allowing them to assist customers in finding everything they need for their projects efficiently and effectively. This role involves working closely with customers to provide a welcoming and supportive shopping experience, ensuring they leave the store confident in their purchases and project plans.
The position offers a starting wage of $10.00 per hour, with a schedule that includes weekend and holiday availability, as well as Monday to Friday shifts. Ace Hardware values work-life balance and ensures schedules are communicated two weeks in advance to help employees plan their lives outside of work. - High school degree or equivalent
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for 6 to 8 hours per shift
- Must be able to lift 25 to 30 pounds
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to undergo background and drug screening
- Availability for full-time onsite work
