Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least two years of supervisory or food and beverage experience in a hotel or restaurant
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • positive attitude and professional appearance
  • capability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • assure the highest level of food and beverage service possible in an efficient courteous personable and professional manner
  • supervise the serving activities at the Blue Mermaid Restaurant through daily routines
  • ensure quality control and customer satisfaction through training team members and adhering to company policies
  • manage guest interactions ensuring positive experience
  • coordinate staff schedules and optimize workflow
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • address and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively
