Job Duties

  • Assure the highest level of food and beverage service in an efficient, courteous, personable, and professional manner
  • Supervise serving activities at Blue Mermaid Restaurant throughout daily routines
  • Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction by training team members and adhering to company policies
  • Address and resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
  • Manage scheduling and team member performance evaluations
