Full-Time Restaurant Server

We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Server to join our community restaurant team. This full-time position offers a starting salary of $15.00 an hour and features a schedule from Tuesday 3 pm to 7 pm and Wednesday through Saturday 11 am to 7 pm. As a Server, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding dining experiences by building meaningful relationships with residents and guests. Your role involves guiding residents to their seats, presenting menus, recommending dishes, and assisting with drink selections to enhance their enjoyment. Using a state-of-the-art point of sale system, you will efficiently communicate orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness. In addition to customer interaction, you will also be responsible for performing opening and closing duties to maintain a clean and inviting dining space.

The ideal candidate will bring a friendly attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and a genuine compassion for the residents we serve. Food service experience is valued but not mandatory, as a current Food Handler's Card or the willingness to obtain one is required to meet state and county regulations.
