Job Duties
- Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Set up and maintain accurate patient information records
- Answer and manage a multiline telephone system
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, physicians, and coworkers
- Assist in navigating organizational processes and procedures
- Handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
- Support staff by facilitating communication and information flow
