Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- no previous receptionist experience required
- ability to work monday through friday 8 am to 5 pm
- willingness to learn and participate in training
- strong customer service orientation
- basic computer skills
- dependable and punctual

Job Duties
- greet patients and visitors warmly and assist them as needed
- accurately set up and maintain patient information
- manage multi-line telephone system and direct calls appropriately
- provide excellent customer service to patients, physicians, and coworkers
- help employees understand organizational processes and procedures
- navigate and resolve challenging situations professionally
- collaborate effectively with team members to support daily operations
