Job Qualifications

- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
- Experience in a salon reception is a plus but not required
- A background in customer service or personal assistant roles is beneficial for this position
- Must possess strong computer literacy and familiarity with multi-line phone systems
Job Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems directing calls appropriately and handling inquiries with professionalism
- Perform clerical duties including data entry filing and proofreading documents to maintain accurate records
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
- Assist with calendar management scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Provide administrative support to staff as required including customer support and office management tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment
- Handle correspondence and communications via email and Google Workspace efficiently
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while addressing client needs and concerns promptly
