  • Experience in a salon reception is a plus but not required

  • Must possess strong computer literacy and familiarity with multi-line phone systems

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage multi-line phone systems directing calls appropriately and handling inquiries with professionalism
  • Perform clerical duties including data entry filing and proofreading documents to maintain accurate records
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
  • Assist with calendar management scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Provide administrative support to staff as required including customer support and office management tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment
  • Handle correspondence and communications via email and Google Workspace efficiently
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while addressing client needs and concerns promptly
