Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bakery or food production is preferred
- Availability to work full-time hours including weekends
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines rigorously
- Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
- Reliable with good attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to accept feedback and improve work performance
Job Qualifications

- Previous bakery or food production experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes accurately
- Strong attention to cleanliness and safety standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends as required
Job Duties
- Set up workstations and prepare all bakery products according to recipes
- Follow health and safety regulations within the bakery
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all bakery areas including equipment and utensils
- Prepare and package bread and pastries for distribution to stores
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding work tasks and issues
- Adhere to company policies on attendance, scheduling, and conduct
- Participate actively in training and skill development sessions
