The organization prides itself on fostering a culture where each individual is encouraged to strive for excellence and treat one another with respect and kindness. Operating globally, Four Seasons team members are deeply committed to creating exceptional experiences for guests, residents, and partners through a unique blend of luxurious service and genuine hospitality. They believe that to deliver these extraordinary guest experiences effectively, they must first offer a world-class employee experience and cultivate an inclusive, supportive company culture.

The company embraces a philosophy of recognition, empathy, and authentic connection, welcoming familiar faces and new ones alike, and treating everyone with the same respect they would expect for themselves. Whether as an employee, guest, or community member, the purpose at Four Seasons is to create lasting impressions that resonate and enrich lives. This belief in meaningful connection extends beyond service, encompassing the relationships team members build with one another and the engagement with the world around them.

Situated in the stunning high-desert environment of Santa Fe, New Mexico, the Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado offers an intimate, romantic retreat with just 65 rooms set across 57 acres in the scenic Sangre de Cristo foothills. Guests are invited to immerse themselves in the natural beauty, enjoy personalized experiences such as guided hikes, indulge in spa treatments, and savor elevated regional cuisine at the resort's own Terra restaurant. As a Pool Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in developing and inspiring your team to uphold Four Seasons' high service standards while ensuring a seamless and inviting atmosphere around the pool and across other food and beverage outlets.

This role demands a compassionate, genuine professional who demonstrates integrity, accountability, and confidence in decision-making to consistently elevate the guest experience. Collaboration and teamwork are essential, as the Pool Supervisor supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success and foster a positive working environment. A strong understanding of training principles and a keen eye for spotting opportunities to improve service quality will be key to your success.

Applicants should bring at least two years of experience in a supervisory role within a high-end restaurant or related hospitality environment, along with thorough food and beverage knowledge and server skills. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and the physical ability to manage responsibilities throughout the hotel and pool area are necessary. Flexibility in scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays is also required, alongside current New Mexico Alcohol Server and Food Handler certifications.

Working at Four Seasons offers a chance to join a leading luxury brand committed not only to exceptional guest experiences but also to employee success through a supportive, inclusive workplace culture. Employees benefit from comprehensive training and development opportunities, competitive pay, and a variety of perks such as free and discounted stays at Four Seasons locations worldwide, generous paid time off, medical benefits, and more. This role represents an exceptional career step for those eager to grow in a prestigious hospitality environment where their contributions are valued and their professional growth supported.
