Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Two years of baking and plating dessert experience
- Ability to work in a commercial kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Strong desire to learn and develop professionally
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Availability to work in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least two years of baking and plating dessert experience
- Experience producing pastry items in a commercial kitchen from scratch
- Proficient food safety and sanitation knowledge
- Desire to learn and improve baking skills
- Growth mindset focused on mentorship and excellence
- Positive and upbeat attitude
- Curious about new ingredients and techniques
- Coachable and open to feedback
Job Duties
- Support chefs and fellow team members with daily tasks
- Bake and decorate pastry items for parties and events, a la carte, and banquets
- Incorporate seasonal ingredients into every day production
- Continuously work to improve baking craft and explore efficient techniques
- Take pride in food quality and presentation
- Support both HOH and FOH team members
- Contribute to maintaining a healthy, positive kitchen culture
