- Basic math skills and cash handling experience
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Approach each guest with a positive and friendly manner
- Serve tables as determined by management by retrieving and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner
- Have a complete knowledge of hotel’s food and beverage preparation, menu, and pricing when taking orders
- Interact with guests in a friendly and fast manner
- Clear, clean, and prepare tables
- Escalate guest service issues to management if unable to resolve
- Ensure guests are satisfied during their meal service
- Complete daily duties along with other duties assigned
