Currently, Kohl's is immediately hiring a full-time Loss Prevention Supervisor to join the store team in Kyle, Texas. This role is crucial for maintaining the safety and profitability of the store by preventing loss through effective security measures and team leadership. As a Loss Prevention Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the store leadership, committed to delivering a best-in-class customer experience while safeguarding the store's assets. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing loss prevention programs that reduce risks associated with theft, overseeing electronic surveillance systems such as Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS), conducting internal investigations and surveillance, and ensuring compliance with Kohl's policies and procedures. Additionally, you will mentor and supervise loss prevention associates, enhancing their performance and awareness to maintain a secure shopping environment.

This position offers an hourly pay rate ranging from $17.25 to $22.00, reflecting competitive compensation for the responsibilities undertaken.
