Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3+ years of line service experience
- 1+ years of leading staff or managing a team
- Working knowledge of all FBO duties and standards
- Ability to direct and lead a team
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with organizational skills
- Flexible and efficient time management
- Ability to work without supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift
- Valid state driver’s license
- Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Parking and marshaling aircraft
- Aircraft towing on ramp and in/out of hangars
- Aircraft fueling
- Safety first mentality recognizing and practicing all safety policies and procedures
- Sort, route, load, and unload packages from aircraft
- Operate tugs, trucks, and follow me vehicles including providing transport for flight crews and passengers
- Quality control for fuel farms
- Direct and coordinate ramp movement for all arriving and departing aircraft
- Operation of point of sale including accurate billing to customers
- Providing concierge level service to patrons
- Upselling customers to increase revenue
- Coaching and enforcing all standard operating procedures to reduce risk of damage or injury
- Collaborating with management
- Managing aircraft stacking in hangars to maximize space
- Assisting with winter weather events including snow removal and runway/braking inspections
- Performing other duties assigned by management
